Nursing Home in Ireland
This project was designed by our Design Lead Alexander for the Sisters of Nazareth in Sligo, Ireland. This entire project was pre-fabricated by the German high-end home manufacturer HUF HAUS, delivered in panels to Ireland and assembled and finished by HUF HAUS’s own crews.
A total of 50 bedrooms are spread over two residential wings, divided into 4 living units. Each unit has a living room where the residents can gather, relax or enjoy the fireplace.
The design caters to highly dependent people and is suited for wheelchair access.
A highlight is the large cafeteria with an open plan layout where the residents can enjoy drinks and a sports game on TV.
Adjacent to this space are functional rooms, offices and a chapel.
